Role objectives

As the face of the company to our customers, the Haulier ensures that our high-quality products reach their destination in perfect condition and strictly on time. This role is crucial to maintaining the high service standards that define the Gentile 1950 brand.

Key responsibilities

Carry out daily deliveries to restaurants, hotels and catering establishments in accordance with the agreed route plan.
To ensure that fruit and vegetables are handled correctly, preserving their integrity during loading and unloading.
Manage transport documentation (DDT) and any returns or collection procedures.
Check the condition of the vehicle and report any maintenance requirements.
To represent the company with professionalism and courtesy when interacting with chefs and industry professionals.

Requirements

3–5 years’ previous experience as a lorry driver.
Hold a valid driving licence (category B or higher, depending on the company vehicles).
Maximum reliability and punctuality, which are essential in the catering industry.

Preferred requirements

Customer-focused and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage stress in fast-paced environments.
Precision and attention to detail.

Role objectives

The Warehouse Manager is the guardian of quality at the heart of Gentile 1950’s operations. They are responsible for managing, storing and preparing orders, ensuring that every crate of fresh produce meets the high standards demanded by our customers before dispatch.

Key responsibilities

Receipt and quality control of incoming goods (fresh and ultra-fresh).
Preparing orders for customers in the hospitality sector with the utmost precision.

Requirements
